August Weekend Workshop

Looks like the August Weekend Workshop (10th & 11th) will be the last of this summer's opportunities.

Here's Mme. Jenkins's painting from last weekend's July workshop, with a bit of the instructor thrown in.

Like all the work from the weekend, it started with a grisaille on Saturday, and it received its color on Saturday. Though some of it is still very tentative, I think it has a real sense of place. It's a great souvenir from a particularly good workshop.
